Carrie Forbes Inc will accept, for exchange only, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages from the customer. For an exchange, mail out your items within 21 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be returned in their original packaging such as shoeboxes and dust bags.

 

 

**Please note our raffia shoes take an entire day to weave one pair. We urge our customers to check the in sole length sizing against one of your pairs to avoid any sizing issues. Keep in mind that our shoes need to be handled with care due to their handmade and artisanal nature.
